New study shows GL Diet is more effective than low fat diet
A new study published this week in the New England Journal of Medicine concludes that low-fat, low calorie diets are not as effective for weight loss as low Glycemic load (GL) diets, adding to the weight of evidence that the conventional low fat diet approach is wrong and flying in the face of the Food Standard Agency's policy of encouraging more starchy foods in our diet.
